April Festivals

Every month Patrician Music Reviews posts  small festivals around the nation that you should check out. This fests are usually a mix of punk, hardcore, metal, etc. Here are some fests to check out this month.
New Jersey Toxic Fest 3
This is a hardcore festival that takes place in Secaucus, NJ. This is the third fest of it's history and features heavy hardcore bands and some underground rappers. This is a one day fest and it is on April 4 and starts 2pm. This event will be taking place at The Blue Room.

Southeast Beast
This a festival that mix up between pop punk, metalcore, and hardcore. This is a two day festival and it took place in Jacksonville, FL. The venue is The Aqua and the date is April 4 & 5.

Damaged City Fest
This is a hardcore fest that takes place in Washington D.C. This is the third annual fest and it is also three days long. From April 10 till the 12th hardcore bands from around the world come to this fest. There are multiple shows each day of the fest.
Day 1 April 10
First Show St. Stephen's Church: The Mob (UK), Government Warning, Night Fever (Denmark), Excruciating Terror, The Flex (UK), Semper Eadem.
Second Show The Pinch: Hounds of Hate, Stapled Shut, Perspex Flesh (UK), Sick Fix, Freak Vibe.
Day 2 April 11
First Show St. Stephen's Church: Career Suicide, Heratys (Sweden), No Tolerance, United Mutation, Vaaska, Nervosas, AJAX, FURY, Spine, Red Death, In School, Leather Daddy, Sectarian Violence, Javla.
Second Show The Pinch: Arms Race, Urbanoia, Pure Disgust, Agression Pact.
Day 3 April 12
The Dance Institute of Washington
Heratys, Coke Bust, Razorheads, Suicidas (Spain), Blood Pressure, Sem Hastro, Public Suicide.
The Big Show 2015
This is a festival that features some of the heaviest bands of hardcore. This event only take places one day at The Foundry Concert Club in Lakewood, Ohio.
Wisdom In Chains, Lionheart, Nasty, These Streets, No Zodiac, Drowning, Vow of Hatred, Knocked Loose, xRepresentx. Counterfeit, Dementor, Heavyweight HC, Lash Out, Ante Up, Hand of Zeus, Alcon, Ruthless.
New York's Alright 2015
This is annual festival that happens in New York City every year and it is meant to be an DIY punk fest. This is spanning three days and different clubs are having it. This will be between April 17 till April 19.

Second Show The Acheron: Isterismo, Aspects of War, Mommy, and Special guests.

New England Metal and Hardcore Festival
This is an annual festival that takes place in Worcester, MA. This fest has been around since the 1999 and has grown to a huge expansion. The fest will take place at The Palladium and will be on April 17- April 19.

This an two day festival that Broken World Media is putting up. This is a two day event that takes place April 24 & 25 at Up All Night Records & Collective in North Haven, Connecticut.
